Ryan Keane is the founder of Kohola. With a Construction Management and Business degree, he has extensive experience in commercial high-rise, as well as residential and condominium development. Ryan further honed his skills working for Kukui'ula Development Company, gaining expertise in high-end residential development. His passion for craftsmanship, innovation, and collaboration drives Kohola's mission to exceed client expectations. Ryan believes in empowering people to best utilize their strengths and creating a thriving company culture. In his free time Ryan enjoys the outdoors and beach with his family and is a youth soccer coach.

Austin Robbins is a master carpenter with decades of experience. Known for his precision and passion, Austin's craftsmanship is evident in every project, from intricate details to forward thinking and planning. Beyond his professional work, he creates exquisite furniture, showcasing his dedication to woodworking. Austin is highly respected in his community for his integrity and reliability. With each home he builds, he transforms structures into cherished sanctuaries, leaving a legacy of quality and care. Austin is not just a carpenter but a mentor and a trusted leader in his craft. Austin is an avid surfer and snowboarder and enjoys his time with his family when not cutting wood.

Robby Taylor is a standout Superintendent in the construction industry, known for his precision, efficient planning, and clear communication. His dedication to organization and problem-solving ensures that every project progresses smoothly, from scheduling and quality control to material procurement and subcontractor coordination. Robby's passion for tackling challenging projects highlights his expertise and innovative approach. Outside of work, Robby cherishes time with his wife and three daughters, finding balance and inspiration through family. He is not just a skilled manager but a visionary leader who turns challenges into opportunities.

With degrees in both Architecture and Environmental Studies, Carla brings innovation, sustainability, and meticulous attention to detail to every project. Her passion for design and construction, combined with her ability to uncover hidden possibilities, sets her apart as a true visionary.
