Common Ground
Common Ground is a 46.5-acre site located about 1 mile from the town of Kilauea on the island of Kauai. The property currently features an agricultural warehouse, a restaurant, and a thriving garden that supports a successful regenerative farm and farm-to-table kitchen. Kohola is excited to partner with the Common Ground team on their expansion, which includes the demolition and rebuilding of existing structures, the construction of a new restaurant and kitchen, and the installation of an on-site treatment facility. The project aims to revitalize Common Ground by blending food, science, and art to create a unique destination that serves as a restaurant, event venue, and agricultural farm.
